What is SBTi?
SBTi is a global initiative that enables companies to set science-based emissions reduction targets aligned with the Net-Zero standard. This effort is crucial to limit global warming to 1.5°C, as set out in the Paris Agreement.
Our Commitments
With this commitment, e.tres sets clear and measurable goals in terms of emission reductions, which include:
- Zero emissions in Scope 1: Achieve a total reduction in direct emissions from our operations by 2030.
- 42% reduction of emissions in Scope 2: Establish a significant reduction in indirect emissions generated by purchased energy, based on the year 2021.
- Measurement and reduction in Scope 3: Addressing emissions generated by our supply chains and other external processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
