Today we held the first e360 Breakfast meeting, an initiative that emerged as part of our evolution: supporting companies not only through technology, but also through strategy and digital business governance.
The starting point is clear. Many companies already have an operational e-commerce platform, but the real challenge today is managing it as a business unit, with a holistic approach that integrates strategy, operations, marketing, technology, and analytics.
In this context, e360 proposes a shift in approach: moving from operations to governance. This involves adopting a holistic view of the digital business, where all its aspects are no longer managed in isolation but are aligned under common objectives, with a focus on results.
It’s not just about implementing tools or improving processes, but about adding a layer of intelligence that enables informed decision-making, proper prioritization, and sustained growth over time.
This first breakfast meeting, held with our clients, was first and foremost an opportunity to start a conversation. We shared our vision, but above all, we listened. The experiences, challenges, and perspectives that emerged confirm that the market is ready to take that next step.
As Diego Gorischnik, CEO of e.tres, noted during the meeting: “What sets companies apart today isn’t just having an e-commerce platform up and running, but the ability to manage it strategically so that it becomes a true driver of results.”
The e360 Breakfasts are just the beginning of a conversation we want to continue fostering. Because we believe that the future of digital business is built on a comprehensive and, above all, shared vision.
