B2B shopping needs to be simpler: e3Stores adds "Quick Buy"

The restocking process in B2B involves long lists, manual data entry, and too many steps. e3Stores includes Quick Purchase to change that.

The restocking process in B2B typically involves long lists, manual entry of each product one by one, and too many steps to reach the shopping cart. e3Stores includes Quick Purchase to change that.

Distributors, wholesalers, and corporate customers who restock on a recurring basis are all too familiar with the problem: they have their product lists, they know exactly what they need, and yet the order-entry process is slow and prone to errors. Every repeat order represents operational time that could be avoided.

Quick Purchase is e3Stores' solution to that problem.

How it works

This feature allows you to upload multiple products and quantities in a single step, with three input options depending on how each buyer works:

Simple upload — the buyer pastes a list of SKUs and quantities directly into a text field. No files, no intermediate steps. Especially useful for repeat buyers who already know their product codes: they copy their list, paste it, and the cart fills itself.

Bulk Upload — allows you to import up to 500 products at once using a CSV or Excel file. Ideal for high-volume orders where the list comes from an external system or your own spreadsheet.

Individual Search — for those who prefer to build their order on the spot: a search tool with autocomplete by SKU, name, or EAN code, which adds products to the cart as they are selected.

In all three cases, before confirming the order, a validation screen appears showing the complete details: valid items, products not found, out of stock, or subject to restrictions. The buyer can review, correct, and confirm—with no surprises at checkout.

Now in production

Our client IMSEL is already using Quick Purchase on its B2B platform powered by e3Stores. The feature is available and undergoing continuous development.

The goal? To reduce friction in B2B purchasing and operational work, both for brands operating on e3Stores and for their buyers. Because in the B2B channel, the shopping experience matters too—and every minute saved when placing an order is a minute the buyer can spend on something else.
